My car tire flat and I called the raid assistance and they referred me to Tip Tow Towing company for help. They were very courteous and responded quickly. Keoni the tow driver communicates very well. They also kept me up to date on how close the truck was. This was the best experience I’ve had with a tow truck company to date. Mahalo Tip Tow and mahalo to Halona & Rinda for the great service!

RJ was amazing. I work for a mortuary and we were on a house call. When entering the parking area we drove over spikes and busted 3 of our tires. He was very hulpful and offered to drive the vehicle on the tow as i wasn't comfortable doing that with 3 busted tires. He was very friendly during the drive back to the mortuary. Also he made sure when i entered or exited his truck to give me pointers to get in and out safely due to the truck being so high. Excellent service

I went through 3 dolly tow trucks before Tip Tows came. My car is lowered and I had requested a flatbed tow truck after the first tow truck arrived and had informed me that he couldn’t tow my car. The second one came and attempted to dolly my car and ripped one side of my bumper off while cracking my rear lip. The third one didn’t attempt to come near me. My insurance finally contacted Tip Tows and they shortly came with a flatbed (hallelujah!) Driver Rj was extremely helpful in giving advice about what could be done with the damages from the previous tow company and then quickly and safely loaded my car onto the flatbed. Would definitely recommend Tip Tows to anyone that needs roadside assistance (or a tow in general!)

My experience with TipTows was EXCEPTIONAL! Driver kept in touch with me while enroute to my breakdown spot. This was a great reassurance in a very stressful situation. He was so quick too, and very pleasant to work with. During these times of social distancing, one takes the risk with every interaction. RJ was kind enough to offer me a ride if a mask was worn. Another much appreciated reassurance. My car was in perfect (same) condition as it was when he first picked it up, and placed in the exact location i requested. Great experience using Tip Tows towing. My car needed to be towed from my house to the mechanic shop. Rinda responded quickly and made it easy for pick up. My car was picked up and taken to the shop with no problems. Rinda was easy to work with, friendly and an overall professional.

I’ve needed an unprecedented 4 tows in the last year and 3 of them have been with Tip Tows. They are extremely easy to get ahold of, they have the most reasonable prices of any others I’ve used or called. In addition they’re always on time and extremely professional. If you need a tow you need Tip Tows. Do yourself a favor and just call them first. Thanks so much Tip Tows for all your help!

RJ is awesome! He was a little skeptical when I called and told him where I needed a work truck to be picked up from since it was in a parking structure so he asked me to send him a picture. When he looked at the photo he assured me that he could do it but I would have to wait since he was on his way to do another tow and that he would call when he was on his way to me. True to his word he did and arrived earlier than expected and all was done in less than 15 mins. I will definately be keeping their card on file!

Call back was quick. Waiting time was wonderful 10 minutes! . Driver was courteous. Knew the neighborhood and where to deliver my vehicle while we waited for our ride. Came home to find my vehicle exactly where I wanted it. And felt good knowing it wasn't left on the side of the road. Awesome service! Mahalo!
